Several protests and rallies have been staged but have gone unnoticed by the Central and State governments, leaving much agitation and protests in vain. The overarching goal of this book is to foster a deeper understanding between the Armed Forces and the residents of Ukhrul with a concurrent emphasis on making positive contributions to enhance the overall well-being of the state of Manipur.
