En el caso de la hoteleria y en especifico en la gestion de alojamiento en Cuba, es de vital importancia definir procesos que contribuyan a la satisfaccion del cliente, en el disfrute de su estancia, por lo que es necesario eliminar discrepancias en los procesos mediante una adecuada administracion hotelera y una constante organizacion del trabajo, ya que las habitaciones en los establecimientos hoteleros representan uno de los elementos mas importantes y significativos del alojamiento."
