Most of those presenting papers have worked in the field for decades, and their collective experience and wisdom highlights the accomplishments and limitations of the field. Each paper was peer reviewed by 3 independent reviewers before being thoroughly revised ensuring the high quality of the accepted papers. The book is dedicated to the entire BMHI community.
