Book Accionamientos el ctricos Fundamentos control y aplicaciones

Download or read book Accionamientos el ctricos Fundamentos control y aplicaciones written by GONZÁLEZ PRIETO, ÁNGEL and published by Ediciones Paraninfo, S.A.. This book was released on 2022-06-10 with total page 176 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle.

This book was released on 2021 with total page 112 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle.

Book Control of Multiphase Machines and Drives

Download or read book Control of Multiphase Machines and Drives written by Federico Barrero and published by MDPI. This book was released on 2020-01-24 with total page 146 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: With the growing interest in electrical machines in recent times, the multiphase machine field has developed into a fascinating research area. Their intrinsic features (power splitting, better fault tolerance, or lower torque ripple) make them an appealing competitor to conventional three-phase machines. Multiphase electric drives have been recently used in applications where fault tolerance and continuous operation of the drive are required. However, the difficulties in extending the three-phase conventional current regulation and control structure to multiphase systems still limit their broad applicability in industry solutions. The main objective of this book is to illustrate new advances, developments, and applications in the field of multiphase machines and drives, while exposing these advances, developments, and applications to the scientific community and industry.

Book The Rediscovery of Synchronous Reluctance and Ferrite Permanent Magnet Motors

Download or read book The Rediscovery of Synchronous Reluctance and Ferrite Permanent Magnet Motors written by Gianmario Pellegrino and published by Springer. This book was released on 2016-04-28 with total page 142 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: This book offers an essential compendium on the analysis and design of synchronous motors for variable-speed applications. Focusing on synchronous reluctance and ferrite permanent-magnet (PM) synchronous reluctance machines, it provides a broad perspective on three-phase machines for variable speed applications, a field currently dominated by asynchronous machines and rare-earth PM synchronous machines. It also describes synchronous reluctance machines and PM machines without rare-earth materials, comparing them to state-of-the-art solutions. The book provides readers with extensive information on and finite element models of PM synchronous machines, including all relevant equations and with an emphasis on synchronous-reluctance and PM-assisted synchronous-reluctance machines. It covers ferrite-assisted machines, modeled as a subcase of PM-assistance, fractional slot combinations solutions, and a quantitative, normalized comparison of torque capability with benchmark PM machines. The book discusses a wealth of techniques for identifying machine parameters, with an emphasis on self-commissioning algorithms, and presents methods for automated machine design and optimization, including a software tool developed for this purpose. Addressing an important gap in the field of PM-less and less-PM electrical machines, it is intended as a self-contained reference guide for both graduate students and professional machine designers, and as a useful text for university courses on automated and/or optimized design of electrical machines and drives.

Book Internet of Things and Inter cooperative Computational Technologies for Collective Intelligence

Download or read book Internet of Things and Inter cooperative Computational Technologies for Collective Intelligence written by Nik Bessis and published by Springer. This book was released on 2012-12-14 with total page 476 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: Over the past two decades, we have witnessed unprecedented innovations in the development of miniaturized electromechanical devices and low-power wireless communication making practical the embedding of networked computational devices into a rapidly widening range of material entities. This trend has enabled the coupling of physical objects and digital information into cyber-physical systems and it is widely expected to revolutionize the way resource computational consumption and provision will occur. Specifically, one of the core ingredients of this vision, the so-called Internet of Things (IoT), demands the provision of networked services to support interaction between conventional IT systems with both physical and artificial objects. In this way, IoT is seen as a combination of several emerging technologies, which enables the transformation of everyday objects into smart objects. It is also perceived as a paradigm that connects real world with digital world. The focus of this book is exactly on the novel collective and computational intelligence technologies that will be required to achieve this goal. While, one of the aims of this book is to discuss the progress made, it also prompts future directions on the utilization of inter-operable and cooperative next generation computational technologies, which supports the IoT approach, that being an advanced functioning towards an integrated collective intelligence approach for the benefit of various organizational settings.
