It also explains the components of a nutrition-focused physical exam. The guide includes USDA portion size suggestions for all age groups. As a dietitian who works with the pediatric population, I know this will be a valuable reference in my office. For those who are interested in learning more about the Nutrition Care Process and the steps to complete a nutrition assessment, this would be a helpful tool.
