As a result Of this, the first volume alone may be used with advantage and profit, by the student in the law school or else where, as a complete treatise on the law of testamentary suc cession; while the second, covering subjects usually discussed from other standpoints in the elementary books of equity and real property law, is of value to the practitioner.
