Book A Study on Some New Sets in Ideal Topological Spaces

Download or read book A Study on Some New Sets in Ideal Topological Spaces written by Periyasamy P and published by Infotech Publishers. This book was released on 2022-09-24 with total page 0 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: Introduction Topology is the mathematical study of the properties that are preserved through deformations, twistings, and stretchings of objects. Tearing however is not allowed. A circle is topologically equivalent to an ellipse (into which it can be deformed by stretching) and a sphere is equivalent to an ellipsoid. Topology is one of four major areas of abstract Mathematics: algebra (equations), analysis (limits), foundations (set theory and logic), and topology. The word topology comes from the Greek word for place. Broadly speaking, topology is the study of space and continuity. Since topology includes the study of continuous deformations of space, it is often popularly called rubber sheet geometry. Johan Benedict (1802 - 1882) was the first to use the word topology.

Book Neutrosophic Nano ideal topological structure

Download or read book Neutrosophic Nano ideal topological structure written by M. Parimala and published by Infinite Study. This book was released on with total page 7 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: This paper addressed the concept of Neutrosophic nano ideal topology which is induced by the two literature, they are nano topology and ideal topological spaces. We defined its local function, closed set and also defined and give new dimnesion to codense ideal by incorporating it to ideal topological structures. We investigate some properties of neutrosophic nano topology with ideal.

Download or read book Some new open sets in topological space written by G. Hari Siva Annam and published by Infinite Study. This book was released on with total page 6 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: In this article we lay a stress on the open sets which have a enormous impact on the μν topological space. Several types of μν-Open sets were contrived and their roles and natures were enunciated. Also Continuous functions on the μν topological spaces were asseverated.

Book Pseudocompact Topological Spaces

Download or read book Pseudocompact Topological Spaces written by Michael Hrušák and published by Springer. This book was released on 2018-07-19 with total page 299 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: This book, intended for postgraduate students and researchers, presents many results of historical importance on pseudocompact spaces. In 1948, E. Hewitt introduced the concept of pseudocompactness which generalizes a property of compact subsets of the real line. A topological space is pseudocompact if the range of any real-valued, continuous function defined on the space is a bounded subset of the real line. Pseudocompact spaces constitute a natural and fundamental class of objects in General Topology and research into their properties has important repercussions in diverse branches of Mathematics, such as Functional Analysis, Dynamical Systems, Set Theory and Topological-Algebraic structures. The collection of authors of this volume include pioneers in their fields who have written a comprehensive explanation on this subject. In addition, the text examines new lines of research that have been at the forefront of mathematics. There is, as yet, no text that systematically compiles and develops the extensive theory of pseudocompact spaces, making this book an essential asset for anyone in the field of topology.

Book Multiple Attribute Decision Making Algorithm via Picture Fuzzy Nano Topological Spaces

Download or read book Multiple Attribute Decision Making Algorithm via Picture Fuzzy Nano Topological Spaces written by Ibtesam Alshammari and published by Infinite Study. This book was released on with total page 12 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: Picture fuzzy nano topological spaces is an extension of intuitionistic fuzzy nano topological spaces. Every decision in life ends with an answer such as yes or no, or true or false, but we have an another component called abstain, which we have not yet considered. This work is a gateway to study such a problem. This paper motivates an enquiry of the third component – abstain - in practical problems. The aim of this paper is to investigate the contemporary notion of picture fuzzy nano topological spaces and explore some of its properties. The stated properties are quantified with numerical data. Furthermore, an algorithm for Multiple Attribute Decision-Making (MADM) with an application regarding the file selection of building material under uncertainty by using picture fuzzy nano topological spaces is developed. As a practical problem, a comparison table is presented to show the difference between the novel concept and the existing methods.

Book Handbook of Set Theoretic Topology

Download or read book Handbook of Set Theoretic Topology written by K. Kunen and published by Elsevier. This book was released on 2014-06-28 with total page 1282 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: This Handbook is an introduction to set-theoretic topology for students in the field and for researchers in other areas for whom results in set-theoretic topology may be relevant. The aim of the editors has been to make it as self-contained as possible without repeating material which can easily be found in standard texts. The Handbook contains detailed proofs of core results, and references to the literature for peripheral results where space was insufficient. Included are many open problems of current interest. In general, the articles may be read in any order. In a few cases they occur in pairs, with the first one giving an elementary treatment of a subject and the second one more advanced results. These pairs are: Hodel and Juhász on cardinal functions; Roitman and Abraham-Todorčević on S- and L-spaces; Weiss and Baumgartner on versions of Martin's axiom; and Vaughan and Stephenson on compactness properties.

Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: 1. PRELIMINARIES This chapter is devoted to recapitulating some of the basic definitions and results which are required for the development of this thesis. Throughout this thesis, by a space X, we will always mean a topological space (X, r) with no separation properties assumed. X - A will denote the complement of A in X and cl(A) and intal will, respectively, denote the closure and interior of A in the space X. For each x E X, r(x) will denote the family of all open sets containing x.
