Just before completing over two thousand poems, I included the stories that I had relayed everywhere it would help and which had to be included to show you how I dug things up in my mind and relayed the stories poetically while I, one by one, came up with all the reasons and answers as we all must and carried on with my own life at the same time through bringing things down the earth each day, well enough to sleep. The poems were the best way to draw the memories from long ago in front of me within the perfect day-by-day timing needed to get through.

This book is for YOU: you, the one who feels an extreme amount of emotional pain you, the one with a difficult and traumatic life story that just keeps haunting you and making you suffer the one who feels so awful, like it's all too much and you just can't do life anymore the one who feels like no one around you understands what you're going through the one who feels like everything is a burden, a mountain to climb, even something as basic as chewing your food the one who struggles to take showers, to brush your teeth, to get out of your pajamas, to eat and drink water the one who can't manage to get much or any work at all done the one who has intrusive thoughts or images that make you feel like you're going crazy, that increase your anxiety levels to the max and make you want to run away screaming and hitting your head the one with frequent anxiety attacks that make you feel like you're effectively going to die and/or go crazy the one who gets anxious about feeling anxious the one who's scared of looking back at the past years because of how bad you've felt the one who's scared of going crazy or losing control the one who is constantly one inch away from crying the one who feels trapped, like there's no way out, like you're drowning, suffocating and slowly but steadily withering, being erased from the face of the earth Get a glimpse of what it feels like and HELP SAVE LIVES.
