Além disso, realizou-se uma análise comparativa com os sistemas de previdência social espalhados no mundo e nossa conclusão sobre os seguros contra os acidentes de trabalho existentes. O objetivo deste estudo foi o de enfrentar o tema mostrando as diferentes posições que cercam a matéria, fazendo-se mister, para tanto, destacar os elementos que caracterizam a necessidade de reformulação nas legislações atuais de maneira a acompanhar a mente humana e suas necessidades.
