This element of Consortium for Policy Research in Education's (CPRE) evaluation of the America's Choice comprehensive school reform design is one of those exceptional cases. In this study, CPRE uses individual-level student performance data from Rochester, New York, linked across 11 years, to examine the longitudinal impact of America's Choice.
