He and his wife, Margaretha Catharina Rübencam, were the parents of nine children. After his death, his widow and six of their children immigrated to America and settled in Germantown, Pennsylvania. This register gives the Revolutionary War record of three grandsons, Jacob Rubincam, Charles Rubincam, and Peter Rubincam, and well as the careers of other relatives by blood and marriage.
