Portanto, propomos pensar a arte como "uma arte afetiva", um composto de perceptos e afectos. Entender a arte como afetiva é buscar na obra as potências que a atravessam, pensar os impulsos que movem o artista, esse desejo de quebrar as formas, de revelar as forças da natureza, de tornar visíveis, sonoras, tangíveis as essências cativas dos corpos, que só podem ser expressas pela linguagem, pela arte.

This collected volume is the result of a recent initiative on the part of an international group of Kantian philosophers and scholars to promote research on topics that have yet to be thoroughly explored in academic research.
